      I accidentaly discovered the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in a sample of milk for cheese production, luckly they were all dead

      I have worked with Bacillus cereus. It is a really tough microbe and can survive hot temperatures. It can also make toxins and cause bad food poisoning. It is not very nice.

      I’ve worked with Salmonella and Campylobacter, both are nasty bugs that can make you get really really sick.
