• Question: I'm sugar free how do people make sugar free foods fro all around the world ?

      They generally use less sugary components during the food preparation; a certain level of sugar is always present and it’s not necessary a bad thing.

      All carbohydrates are broken down into sugars in our bodies, and foods can naturally contain sugars. This is okay as we can get lots of nutritional value from them.
      However, many processed foods have added sugars, and these are what we usually try to cut out, these sugars can often be replaced by sweeteners. These sweeteners can be more sweet tasting that sugar. These sweeteners usually don’t give us much energy, and don’t have any nutritional value. Foods with added sugars or sweeteners are okay as a treat, but we shouldn’t be eating them all the time and we should try to be eating more whole foods without any added sugars or sweeteners.
