Too much sugar is bad due to the fact that there are bacteria in your teeth that use sugar to cause rot.
Sugar is generally transformed in fat and too much of it can cause a lot of damage in the long run.

Sugar doesn’t need much digestion, so if you eat it, it will give you energy pretty quickly. If you don’t use this energy (exercise ect.) then the body will store it in a different form, and it can be turned to fat. Also sugar can feel bacteria, and bacteria in our mouth can grow fromt he sugar and produce acid that can damage our teeth.
