      Yes our bodies need fat to survive. Fat insulates our organs protecting them from being damaged, and it also insulates us and keeps us warm at 37 degrees celsius. Our body needs to stay at this temperature to work correctly and our fat helps with this. Too much fat is bad for us, but we do need some fat.

      Absolutely, a good quantity of fat in your body is a must.
      Fat is unhealthy only when you have too much fat in your body.

      Yes, our body needs fat for insulation, to keep us warm. Too much fat is not good for us, but a good amount of fats, especially food fats like that from fish is good for us.
